Work has begun on our Saint Martins House Medical Centre site in the Chapeltown area of Leeds. The new four story medical centre will compromise circa 15,000 sq ft of healthcare space with St Martins Practice taking the majority of this area. Part of the Ground Floor will house a new Medichem Pharmacy and the first floor floor has been allocated to support other medical service providers who will carry out outpatient work and minor procedures in a community setting.
Our vision is to bring more services traditionally carried out in hospitals to this local facility, freeing up space and allowing patients to access a wider variety of care, close to where they live. We have now begun talking with a number of providers and hospital consultants on the use of this space and encourage anyone interested to contact us as soon as possible as it won’t be available for long!
The contractors, MC Builders a Leeds based firm are currently stripping out the existing building whilst pouring the foundations ready for the new extensions steel frame. The schemes completion date is March 2018, watch this space for further updates!
