Getting Here
Photon House is just a short journey west of Leeds city centre. You can drive here in about 4 minutes from the centre via Armley Road (A647). It’s also easy to reach by bus, with regular services heading towards Armley – just hop off near Carr Crofts and walk a few minutes to Percy Street.
Walking takes around 50 minutes if you prefer to go on foot.

Our space is open 24/7 for members. Staffed hours for tours and support are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Do I need to be a member to use the space?
Yes, however if a friend or colleague already uses the space you may be eligible for a discounted price.

We offer flexible plans including hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices—each with monthly rolling or fixed term contracts.
