It’s official: every last desk at Whittell’s Workspace—the boutique office development at 9 East Parade & 33 Park Cross Street—is now spoken for, proving once again that when it comes to workspace in Leeds, style and soul matter.
Once a neglected Grade II-listed property, the building has undergone a top-to-bottom glow-up and is now home to a buzzing mix of businesses enjoying both traditional and fully managed office suites (think: 8 to 20 desks, swish furnishings, private meeting rooms, and not a boring ceiling tile in sight). The mix of conventional and all-inclusive leases has clearly hit the sweet spot, with tenants snapping up every last square foot.
Perfectly positioned in the heart of Leeds, just a short stroll from the station and surrounded by bars, cafés, and city bustle, 9 East Parade isn’t just where work gets done—it’s where lunch plans get interesting. And with Six by Nico now slinging tasting menus from the ground floor, we suspect “client lunches” have never been so enthusiastically booked.
