It’s a busy start to the year for us at MGI! St Martins House Medical center is now only 4 months away from completion. With the extension fully finished and our hard landscaping works underway we put together a slideshow showing the progress of the new build extension.
St Martins House Medical Centre will create a new primary care facility for the people of Chapeltown and Chapel Allerton providing much-needed services for the area. The anchor tenant St Martins Practice has been looking for a new site for a number of years but being an inner city area with little available land it has been extremely difficult for them to find a new site. Using our development expertise we were able to identify and purchase the historic ‘St Martins House’ located opposite the old practice and almost double its footprint whilst stripping the existing building back to a shell. The end product will be a modern, state of the art medical facility that can meet the needs of the area for years to come.
