Mayfair Group Investment remains ‘optimistic’ about the Leeds city centre residential property market, as we secure planning permission for a development of luxury apartments.
We’re delighted to reveal plans for an office to residential conversion on Park Square, in the heart of the city’s financial district. The development will see the creation of eight apartments, including 3 x 1-bedroom, 3 x 2-bedroom, and a 3 and a 4-bedroom duplex apartment.

Dhand also cited last week’s announcement by the BBC that a number of national journalism jobs will move to Leeds from London, as being positive for the market saying, “The move of key BBC jobs to Leeds is great news for the city and the wider region and along with relocations by Channel 4 and the Department of Transport, will provide a further boost to the local economy.”
