The brief called for innovative design solutions to achieve a seamless blend of heritage character and contemporary living — with unrivalled attention to quality, comfort, and detail.

Key requirements included reconfiguration of the existing structure, reinforcement to support two new storeys, and the creation of exceptional lifestyle spaces such as terraces, a rooftop garden, gym, and private cinema room.
