Rohin Dhand
Chief Executive
Rohin is the Chief Executive of Mayfair Group Investment (MGI), leading the company’s strategic vision and growth. A qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in property development, investment, and asset management, he is dedicated to creating high-quality real estate that delivers long-term value. Under his leadership, MGI continues to expand its portfolio across healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors, driving innovation and excellence in the industry. Rohin is also a commissioned Army Reserve Officer serving with Royal Engineers in 65 Works Group who provide a specialist infrastructure capability to the MOD.
Rajeev Dhand

As Chairman of Mayfair Group Investment (MGI), Rajeev brings a wealth of experience in property investment, development, and strategic leadership. With over 40 years in operating a pharmacy chain he provides a strong vision for sustainable growth, he plays a key role in guiding MGI’s long-term direction, ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality real estate across healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in shaping MGI’s success and reputation in the industry.
