We acquired the property with a clear aim – to transform a block of generic offices into one of the city’s most coveted residential schemes and attract even more young professional dwellers to this thriving city centre location.
Located in the heart of Leeds’ prestigious financial quarter, just minutes from key transport links and the hub and vibrancy of the city centre, this ambitious development saw the creation of three one-bedroom apartments and six two-bedroom apartments, all finished to the highest standards. The Highest Quality Finish
We pride ourselves on taking a more bespoke, inventive approach and our team worked closely with all buyers to ensure their apartment specifications were to their exact taste, integrating smart systems and premium fixtures and fittings. Overcoming Challenges
Building on a busy city centre site meant that the Dhand Construction team had to overcome multiple challenges and considerations, ensuring the ground floor office tenants in the building faced minimal disruption too.
The steel frame for the additional top two storeys had to be erected in just 48 hours, over just one weekend, to comply with a timed road closure and much consideration was put into material delivery, waste collection and scheduling of any noisy works.
Project Success
49A was delivered on time and within budget, selling out in record time (just 10 days post-completion) – setting a record for luxury residential accommodation in Leeds city centre, selling at an average of £400 per square foot.
